What’s your return policy?

You’ve got 30 days from delivery to return those jeans if they’re not your jam. Just make sure they’re in their original condition (tags still attached, please!) and we’ll take care of the rest. Easy-peasy lemon squeezy!

How long does shipping take?

We’re all about speedy delivery! Once you place your order, we’ll have it packed and ready to roll within 1-2 business days. After that, expect your fabulous new jeans to arrive within 4-7 business days. And guess what? We offer free shipping because who doesn’t love a good deal?

What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Oh no, that’s a bummer! If your order arrives looking a bit worse for wear or it’s not what you ordered, don’t panic! Just snap a pic and shoot us an email at info@lulafashion.com. We’ll sort it out faster than you can say “fashion emergency!”

Can I cancel my order?

Changed your mind? No worries! Just drop us a line at info@lulafashion.com before your order ships, and we’ll cancel it quicker than you can say “jeans are life!” If it’s already on its way, you can follow our return process once it arrives.
