Order Cutoff Time
For same-day processing, make sure you place your order before 5:00pm AEST. Any orders after that will be handled the next business day, so no worries if you miss the cutoff!

Processing Time
We’ll have your order ready to roll within 1-2 business days (Monday to Friday) to get it moving as quickly as possible.

Delivery Time
Once it’s on its way, expect your new fashion finds to arrive within 4-7 business days (Monday to Friday). And here’s the best part: we offer free shipping to make shopping with us even sweeter!

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If something doesn’t look right when it arrives—whether it’s damaged or the wrong item—don’t stress! Just send a quick snap and email it over to info@lulafashion.com, and we’ll sort it out ASAP.

Order Delays
We do everything we can to get your order to you on time, but if there’s a delay, we’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No dramas! Just email us at info@lulafashion.com before your order ships, and we’ll take care of it. If it’s already on its way, you can simply follow the return process below.
