We totally get that sometimes a style isn’t quite what you thought, or you just need a different fit! We’ve kept our returns and exchanges easy-peasy, so you can shop with confidence.

Return Window
If you’re not 100% happy, you’ve got 30 days from delivery to start a return. 

How to make a Return
1. Contact Us: Email info@lulafashion.com to request a return form and the return address.

2. Prepare Your Return: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.

3. Ship Your Return: Follow the instructions provided in the return form. Retain your shipping receipt until we confirm receipt.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s completed.

Conditions for Return
To keep things simple, make sure items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. While you’re responsible for return shipping, we won’t charge any restocking fees!

Refunds
Once your return arrives back with us, we’ll process your refund within up to 7 days and send you an email confirmation.

Exchanges
Need a different size or style? No worries! Just reach out to info@lulafashion.com, and we’ll help you swap it for something that’s a better fit.

Received Damaged or Incorrect Items?
If something arrives a bit off (damaged or incorrect), shoot us an email with a photo to info@lulafashion.com, and we’ll make it right in no time.

Order Cancellations
Changed your mind before it’s shipped? Easy fix—just let us know at info@lulafashion.com and we’ll cancel the order. If it’s already on its way, you can follow the return process once you have it.
