We totally get that sometimes a style isn’t quite what you thought, or you just need a different fit! We’ve kept our returns and exchanges easy-peasy, so you can shop with confidence.

How to make a Return

1. Get in touch: Email info@lulafashion.com to request a return form and the return address.

2. Pack your goodies: Carefully pack the item(s) in the original packaging to prevent any damage during return shipping.

3. Ship it: Follow the instructions provided in the return form. Retain your shipping receipt until we confirm we've got it.

4. Receive Your Refund: Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within up to 7 business days. You’ll receive an email notification once it’s completed.

Return Conditions

To keep things simple, make sure items are unused and in their original condition with tags attached. While you’re responsible for return shipping, we won’t charge any restocking fees!

Cancellations

Changed your mind before it’s shipped? Easy fix, just let us know at info@lulafashion.com and we’ll cancel the order. If it’s already on its way, you can follow the return process once you have it.
